Build Your First Khassid Character
Quote from Aleryn Duskwhisper on July 15, 2026, 11:57 pmIf you were creating your first character in Khassid, who would they be?
You do not need a complete build, a finished backstory, or every detail figured out. Start with the basics:
What people do they belong to?
Where are they from?
What calling or class have they chosen?
And what made them leave home?
Maybe they are a Felden who has grown tired of being underestimated. A Syl’Aeris carrying an obligation they did not choose. A Barazûn trying to understand a world their people were never native to. A human whose faith has placed them in the path of something much larger than themselves.
They may be a soldier, priest, sailor, scholar, thief, hunter, mage, healer, or something harder to define.
What matters most is the reason they became an adventurer.
Were they forced out?
Did they leave to find someone?
Are they chasing knowledge, revenge, redemption, wealth, duty, or simple curiosity?
Khassid is large enough for heroes, villains, wanderers, survivors, and people who have no idea what they are becoming yet.
Give me the beginning of your character:
Their name, their people, where they come from, and the one thing that pushed them onto the road.
